About our moving process

How early should I book?
Ideally 5–7 days in advance for month-end dates which are peak season. For mid-month moves, 2–3 days is usually sufficient. Emergency same-day moves are possible subject to availability.
Will the same crew do packing and moving?
Yes. The same trained team handles packing, loading, transportation, and unloading at the destination — ensuring continuity and accountability throughout your move.
What if something gets damaged?
All moves include transit insurance. In the rare event of damage, raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Our team resolves claims within 7 working days.
Can I be present during packing?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Being present during packing lets you point out fragile or high-value items for extra care, and verify the inventory list before loading.
Do you give a written quote?
Yes, always. After the free home survey we send a detailed written quotation over WhatsApp/email. No verbal promises — everything is in writing before you confirm.
